"Pregini Playhouse"

Pregini Playhouse is the name of our ongoing weekly education series. It is listed as an Area Yoga class, that follows the 7pm Prenatal Yoga Class. The Yoga class ends at 8:10; we are treated to a table of healthy snacks and chat it up a bit. Then we re-enter the studio where each week a new and different presenter is arranged to discuss a specific topic relating to pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and postpartum concerns. We finish about 9:30. This is an excellent way for the pregnant mom-to-be to enjoy an evening of holistic well-being, while becoming confident and informed, and meeting other local pregnant gals. Class rates apply. $13 drop-in, or enjoy savings with any Area Class card. This is what we call Maternity Tuesdays. Sign-up online or just appear a little before 7pm for yoga or 8pm for Playhouse/Meet-Up only.
